4. What Type of Databases and Data Sources will I be able to Access with my Membership? You will have personal, anonymous access to government, military and private industry record databases. 5. What Kind of Information will I be Able to Find Out About People? You can find almost any type of information (with the exception of extremely sensitive data such as financial information, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, private passwords, etc.).  Beyond that, you'll be amazed how much information you are able to uncover about people (including yourself!).

6. What Countries Do Your Resources Cover? We have access to Public Record Databases for about 100 countries throughout the world. However, the majority of our resources pertain to the United States, Canada and the UK.

7. Can I lookup Social Security Numbers? Generally, you will not be able to find this protected, personal information. If you do find a database that gives you access to personal data that seems too private, please contact the individual database manager. We will not have the ability to remove this personal information. We only have access to display the information to our paid members.

9. Will I Be Re-Billed Next Year for My Membership? Absolutely not. You will only be billed for one full year and you can use membership as much as you want during that year. If you choose to re-join after one year, that is your choice.

10. Will I have to pay additional fees to use the search tools? The vast majority of the databases, websites and data resources listed in our membership area are totally FREE to use. However, there are a few that may require additional fees paid to a third party for added features. The tools we provide you are the same tools used by private investigators to conduct research (they too have to pay extra to utilize some added features of some databases and websites). Don't worry, a great deal of the databases, websites and data resources listed in our member center are absolutely FREE!

10. Can I find any cell phone number, e-mail address or license plate using your membership area? The results of searches are different for each searcher. Many customers are successful with their searches, while others are not. Unfortunately, that is the nature of online investigations. We do not guarantee that you will be successful with your search(es). We offer you the tools to conduct your own reverse cell phone numbers, e-mail addresses, license plates and much more.
